For making the plastic auto - part mould in good condition, we should make the DFM to check the auto- part sample at first. Please check the following picture, we will check the every part of the auto-part to avoid the problem when the mould test. And we will make the mould flow analysis to check whether it could be complete when injection , and whether there's welding line and the deformation, Etc.
Our after-sales and OEM plastic auto-part mould both have the good quality, the OEM has a better quality. OEM needs the higher precision process, like Slow- feeding wire cutting, and the spare part is better. According to your requirement, the mould quality is different.
